The first “Restaurants with Ànima de Raimat” culinary route took place between 15th May and 14th June 2015. The event involved 50 restaurants in Catalonia with menus carefully selected to pair with reds and whites from the winery’s Ànima range. grup gsr was responsible for the route’s organisation and communication, highlighting the wealth of the region’s gastronomy and the importance of good pairing. For four weeks, this was an opportunity to enjoy an authentic culinary journey featuring restaurants throughout Catalonia.
